This website 'https://buttery.so' along with any of its products (collectively known as the "Website") are governed by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). Wondr Design, registered in Malaysia with a registration number 202103017991 (JM0949102-H), operates the website. We reserve the right to make amendments to this Agreement's terms at any given time.

These Terms should be carefully examined prior to the Website usage.

Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using buttery.so, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and confirm that you have read and understood them.

Usage of the Product

By using buttery.so, you agree to receive important product updates from us via the email you used to register your account. You can unsubscribe anytime by clicking to the 'Unsubscribe' link at the bottom of each email. Note: We only send important product updates no more than twice a month.

Ownership & Intellectual Property

All resources and content provided on buttery.so are owned by Wondr Design and protected by local and international copyright laws. This includes, but is not limited to, all text, graphics, logos, assets, software, and other materials featured on the Website. Also, the structure, design, and code of the Website are valuable properties of Wondr Design.

Refund Policy

We do not offer any refunds unless required by the law or at our sole discretion, if any.

License Agreement for Free and Solo Plans

Upon successful registration for a free account on our Website, you will be granted access to our free assets.

You are allowed to:
  • Use or modify our assets for yourself or a client in an unlimited number of personal and commercial projects.
  • Use our assets in templates, apps, website design, software, graphic design, print, and logos, with no limit to the number of product impressions.
You are strictly not allowed to:
  • Sharing your account, which is meant for a single user, with multiple individuals.
  • Falsely claim ownership or origin of our assets.
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense our original or modified assets.
  • Modify our assets for the purpose of redistribution or resale.
  • Use scripts or automated tools to download a large quantity of assets.

License Agreement for Team and Enterprise Plans

  • Team Plan: You are allowed to share the account amongst a team of up to 5 users.
  • Enterprise Plan: You are allowed to share the account amongst an unlimited number of users within the same organization.

Payment Processing

We rely on a third-party service, LemonSqueezy, for processing financial transactions on the Website. By making a purchase, you agree to this arrangement. We do not store your sensitive financial information, as this is handled by LemonSqueezy.

Terms Violation

Any violation of these Terms might lead to your access termination to the resources and possible legal action.

Disclaimer

The Website does not guarantee that it will always meet your specific needs, or that it will always work perfectly without any issues. Any warranties or conditions, whether stated directly or implied, which are not explicitly mentioned in these Terms, are denied to the fullest extent allowed by law.

Warranties and Liability Limitation

The Website doesn't promise that the software will always be great, useful, or completely free from errors. If we're found to be at fault for a problem, we'll only be responsible for an amount that's equal to what you've paid for our services. By agreeing to these terms, you won't ask us for more than this amount.

Governing Laws

The laws of Malaysia will govern this agreement. The usage of our services does not formulate any joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship with the Website. As such, you agree not to act as a representative, agent, or employee of the Website.
